What is the Rosa Wiesn at the WILDSTUBEN?
On September 20, 2025 at exactly 12:00 noon the 190th Oktoberfest kicks off with the traditional “O`zapft is!”. This year, the world's largest folk festival on Munich’s Theresienwiese will run for 16 fantastic days until October 5, 2025.
On September 30, we invite you to an extraordinary and unforgettable evening at WILDSTUBEN Bar—a special celebration for the queer community & friends to create long-lasting memories.
The second edition will come in 2026…
We promise you a really cool party with fantastic guests until 23:00 in the WILDSTUBEN Bar.
Afterward, the party continues in the reserved balcony at the legendary WIESNCLUB behind the Bavaria, in the former "Alter Kongresshalle" starting at 23:00 until 05:00 in the morning!
We are already looking forward to your visit and warmly welcoming you to an extraordinary evening amongst friends!

WILDSTUBEN
The party starts at 17:30 in the WILDSTUBEN Bar where you can make a reservation for a spot at the bar or a seat at a table.
Both ticket options include a 3-course menu (buffet-style at the bar) and unlimited drinks except spirits or champagne.
If you choose a seat at a table, you will also enjoy a 1,5-litre bottle Veuve Clicquot Rosé Magnum per table.
WIESNCLUB
At 23:00, continue the celebration on the exclusive reserved balcony of the WIESNCLUB.
With the purchase of a ticket, you will receive a €30 drinks voucher.

No, individual seat reservations are possible. Group reservations are also possible. All kinds of reservations are possible starting at 1 ticket. The seating allocation and assignment will be handled by eventmanagement Gramisch-Partenkirchen!
No, all guests are warmly welcomed to this fantastic evening at the WILSTUBEN Bar. The Youth Protection Act according to §4 and §5 is, of course, applicable.
The 3-course meal, as described, and all drinks, except spirits and champagne, are included in the price. In the Table Seat ticket, the welcome bottle of rosé champagne is also included in the price.
All spirits and additional champagne can be ordered directly from the service staff and will be billed on site.
Yes, the security team from the WILDSTUBEN Bar will take care of the event's safety all throughout the evening. Afterward, the security from the WIESNCLUB will take over.
